Ingen Tecnologies and Sportkat Sign Strategic Agreement

Calimesa, CA – August 11, 2004 - Ingen Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets - CRTZ) announced today that it has teamed with SPORTKAT® to provide a therapeutic system to enhance the Company’s Secure Balance™ program. Balance and Fall Prevention programs are provided by the Company and includes equipment, training and educational support systems available to physicians throughout the United States.
Ingen Technologies and SPORTKAT® have agreed to collaborate to provide therapeutic services and products to the growing balance and fall Prevention market. The senior population will double and than triple over the next two decades. SPORTKAT® has authorized Ingen Technologies to include its Model-4000 Kinesthetic Ability Trainer as a part of the comprehensive program that the Company currently sells to the medical market.
